I have been using a tennis ball in a sock, which was very uncomfortable and required me to sew the sock onto all my pjs. This is a much easier solution and very easy to use .

Better than a tennis ball
Works as described and secures well to clothing* with no damage seen yet. It bust but not so hard that it’s overly painfull
