Used to use a pillow but takes up too much of the bed so thought I'd try this not the best to be honest comes off sometimes and very expensive for what it is

A tennis ball can be used as an alternative and will have roughly the same effect — it may be a more affordable option. However, it will also feel uncomfortable at first, as it takes time to get used to sleeping with a ball on your back, regardless of the type. The purpose of the ball is precisely to create slight discomfort when lying on your back, prompting the body’s natural reflexes to turn over and continue sleeping on your side.
The good news is that the ball typically only needs to be used for about 3–4 months. It works as a positional therapy aid, training the body to sleep on its side — even without the ball over time. If you later return to back-sleeping, the ball can easily be used again.
Regarding your experience with the ball occasionally coming off during the night, it may help to ensure that the two halves are screwed tightly together. Feel free to tighten firmly — the ball is built to withstand it.
We also find that some users unconsciously remove the ball in their sleep during the initial period — this is completely normal. The subconscious simply tries to eliminate whatever causes discomfort. During this adjustment phase, it’s perfectly fine if the ball doesn’t stay on all night — this usually improves over time.

Easy to use and it works very good. Hardly snoring anymore.
Unfortunately after 2 Weeks of use the ball broke apart and is useless now.

This little ball fits to your night time clothing to help prevent you sleeping on your back. It works great if I could make one change I would make the ball a little bigger but I have to say it works a treat.
Fantastic item. .just ask my partner who now gets a good night's sleep without being woken by me snoring
