We are also sorry that you had not yet received our reply when you posted your review on 31 July. Our reply and your review appear to have crossed each other.
In your email, you pointed out that the tracking showed the parcel had arrived in Belgium. Unfortunately, we did not immediately connect this with the fact that your delivery address is in Switzerland. After reviewing your case again, it became clear that the parcel had been misrouted during transport.
Shipping errors of this kind are unfortunately beyond our control. However, ensuring that our customers receive their orders is our responsibility.
Therefore, we will send you a new Nyxmate immediately, at no additional cost. If both parcels should eventually arrive, you can simply decline delivery of one of them or not collect it, and it will automatically be returned to us.

Anonymous I‘ve tracked my snoring and after using the sore ball the first night my snoring got louder and more frequent night by night. This is for sure no scientific test and it could be related something else. However this is my experience.
