Easy to use and it works very good. Hardly snoring anymore.
Unfortunately after 2 Weeks of use the ball broke apart and is useless now.
I ordered a new one……

This little ball fits to your night time clothing to help prevent you sleeping on your back. It works great if I could make one change I would make the ball a little bigger but I have to say it works a treat.

I have been using a tennis ball in a sock, which was very uncomfortable and required me to sew the sock onto all my pjs. This is a much easier solution and very easy to use .
